AN ACT CONCERNING THE DESIGNATION OF A NEW STATE PARK
OR FOREST IN THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for the conversion 1
of existing state-owned open space into a state park or forest in the city 2
of Middletown. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the conversion of state owned open space in the city of
Middletown into a state park or forest.
