Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of helium 1
and lighter-than-air balloons. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale of helium and lighter-than-air balloons.
