AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS
OPERATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose a fee on any Internet 1
service provider for the purpose of funding community access 2
operations in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To change the method of funding community access operations in the
state.
