AN ACT REDUCING THE RATE OF THE SALES AND USE TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the rate 1
of the sales and use taxes to six per cent. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the rate of the sales and use taxes to six per cent.
