AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS TO NORWICH FREE ACADEMY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
four million nine hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall 4
be used by the Department of Education for the purpose of providing a 5
grant-in-aid to Norwich Free Academy. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for capital improvements to Norwich Free
Academy.
