AN ACT PROHIBITING HEALTH INSURERS FROM USING ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCE TO DENY HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any health insurer 1
from using artificial intelligence to deny health insurance claims. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any health insurer from using artificial intelligence to deny
health insurance claims.
