AN ACT CONCERNING PROGRAMMING OFFERED BY THE OFFICE
OF VICTIM SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 54-203 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Office of Victim Services to develop programming that is (1) designed 2
to encourage more victims of abuse to report their experiences, and (2) 3
focused on improving support systems available to such victims 4
throughout the investigatory and court processes. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Office of Victim Services to develop programming that is
(1) designed to encourage more victims of abuse to report their
experiences, and (2) focused on improving support systems throughout
the investigatory and court processes.
