AN ACT ELIMINATING THE LABOR CONSULTANT TAX DEDUCTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit businesses from 1
deducting as a business expense consultants who are hired to 2
discourage workers from voting for employee organizations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the business tax deduction write off for businesses hiring
consultants to discourage workers from voting for a union.
