AN ACT CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OR SALE OF MUNICIPALLY
OWNED OPEN SPACE LAND OR FOREST LAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
municipalities to hold referenda to transfer or sell any parcel of 2
municipally owned land that contains open space land or forested land. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipalities to hold referenda to transfer or sell any parcel
of municipally owned land that contains open space land or forested
land.
