AN ACT REQUIRING NURSING HOMES TO HAVE AN AUTOMATED
EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR ON SITE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to require all 1
nursing homes in the state to have an automated external defibrillator 2
on site. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require all nursing homes to have an automated external defibrillator
on site.
