AN ACT PERMITTING A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION TO SCHOOL
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit a religious exemption 1
to vaccination requirements for school children. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow parents to make certain health care decisions for their children
consistent with their religious beliefs.
