AN ACT CONCERNING A REPORT ON THE STATE'S POTENTIAL
MANAGEMENT OF THE COLEBROOK RIVER LAKE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to redesignate the water levels 1
for the state's potential management of the Colebrook River Lake, as 2
anticipated in a report prepared by the Department of Energy and 3
Environmental Protection. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To redesignate the water levels for the state's potential management of
the Colebrook River Lake.
