24 | 24 | That chapter 368j of the general statutes be amended to allow the 1 | |
25 | 25 | state, upon request of a cemetery association, to temporarily assume 2 | |
26 | 26 | management, care and administration of a cemetery when a cemetery 3 | |
27 | 27 | association seeks to be dissolved but cannot find a successor or 4 | |
28 | 28 | purchaser until such time that a successor or purchaser may be located 5 | |
29 | 29 | to resume operations of the cemetery. 6 | |

31 | 31 | To aid in the transfer of operations of a cemetery when a cemetery | |
32 | 32 | association cannot locate a successor or purchaser. |
