AN ACT ALLOWING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS TO BE RECEIVED
FROM MUNICIPAL TRANSFER STATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 21-11a of the general statutes be amended to allow a 1
scrap metal processor, junk dealer or junkyard owner or operator to 2
receive a catalytic converter from a municipally operated or controlled 3
transfer station. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To enable municipal transfer stations to sell catalytic converters that
have been deposited with such transfer stations.
