AN ACT CONCERNING HOME HEATING OIL BIODIESEL BLENDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that biodiesel 1
constitute not less than fifty per cent of the home heating oil in the state 2
prior to the year 2035. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that biodiesel constitute not less than fifty per cent of the
home heating oil in the state prior to the year 2035.
