AN ACT REQUIRING PARTICIPATION IN THE CITIZENS' ELECTION
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 157 of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
all candidates for state-wide constitutional office and for state legislative 2
office participate in the Citizens' Election Program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that all candidates for state-wide constitutional office and for
state legislative office participate in the Citizens' Election Program.
