AN ACT ELIMINATING THE SUBMINIMUM WAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 31-58 and 31-60 of the general statutes be amended to 1
eliminate allowances of payment of less than the minimum fair wage. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the subminimum wage in the state.
