AN ACT CONCERNING THE SAFETY OF HOME HEALTH CARE
WORKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow home health care 1
workers to park their vehicle for up to sixty minutes on the street during 2
times when a town, city or borough restricts on-street parking due to 3
snow and in resident-only parking spaces to enable such workers to 4
park their vehicle in close proximity to their patients' homes. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety of home health care workers by allowing them to
park their vehicle in close proximity to their patients' homes.
