AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR ART THERAPY FOR
CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Children and Families, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending 2
June 30, 2026, for art therapy. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To give children the opportunity to engage in art programs that foster
mental well-being and provide therapeutic benefits through creative
expression.
