AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR CONNECTICUT PUBLIC
BROADCASTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of four hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to 1
the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, from the General Fund, for the 2
fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, for a grant-in-aid to Connecticut Public 3
Broadcasting for Latino educational programming for children in 4
grades kindergarten through twelve. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funds for Latino educational programming for children.
