AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE HUNEEBEE PROJECT IN
THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of two hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to 1
the Department of Education, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2026, for a grant-in-aid to the Huneebee Project in the 3
city of New Haven for programming and training hubs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to the Huneebee Project to assist in equitable job
preparedness for students.
