23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) eliminate and prohibit the 1 | |
24 | 24 | use of any state funds for the XL Center, and (2) require that the XL 2 | |
25 | 25 | Center be conveyed, for the administrative costs of such conveyance and 3 | |
26 | 26 | contingent upon the renovation of the property, to the first person or 4 | |
27 | 27 | entity that agrees to renovate the XL Center with private money and 5 | |
28 | 28 | demonstrates the resources and ability to do so. 6 | |
