Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the sum of two million dollars be appropriated to the 1 Department of Public Health, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2 ending June 30, 2026, for a grant-in-aid to Hartford HealthCare 3 Rehabilitation Medicine Network to establish, in collaboration with The 4 University of Connecticut, a center of excellence for neuromodulation 5 treatment for veterans. 6 Statement of Purpose: To establish and provide funding to Hartford HealthCare for a center of excellence for neuromodulation treatment for veterans at The University of Connecticut.
