AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR SECURITY AT GARDNER
LAKE STATE PARK IN THE TOWN OF SALEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Office of Policy 1
and Management, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 2
30, 2026, for a grant-in-aid to the town of Salem to reimburse the town 3
for the cost of security at Gardner Lake State Park. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to pay for state police to provide security at Gardner
Lake State Park in the town of Salem.
