AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR NONPROFIT COMMUNITY
ACCESS PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal years ending June 2
30, 2026, and June 30, 2027, for nonprofit community access providers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow nonprofit community access providers to continue operations
until the basic funding model can be revised.
