AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN PROHIBITIONS ON
CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS IN SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION
PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-287 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
construction managers from bidding on project elements for school 2
building projects. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit construction managers from bidding on school construction
projects.
