1818 AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF INTELLIGENCE
1919 QUOTIENT TESTS IN THE NATIVE LANGUAGE OF THE TEST TAKER.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2323 That titles 10 and 17a of the general statutes be amended to require 1
2424 local and regional boards of education and the Department of 2
2525 Developmental Services to administer intelligence quotient tests for 3
2626 developmental services eligibility in the native language of the student 4
2727 taking the test. 5
2828 Statement of Purpose:
2929 To ensure that the results of a student's intelligence quotient test
3030 accurately reflect the level of learning and comprehension for
3131 developmental services eligibility.
