AN ACT INCREASING THE REIMBURSEMENT PERCENTAGE FOR
SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS THAT IMPLEMENT CERTAIN
ENERGY-EFFICIENT AND ENERGY -SAVING MEASURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-285a of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the reimbursement percentage for a school building project that 2
implements certain energy-efficient and energy-saving measures. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To incentivize school districts to use energy-efficient materials and
HVAC systems in new school building construction projects.
