AN ACT CONCERNING SAFE AND HEALTHY SCHOOL MEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require local and regional 1
boards of education to provide more school meal options for students 2
with broader allergies and autoimmune diseases. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require more school meal options for students with broader allergies
and autoimmune diseases to address current nutritional gaps.
