AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF SECOND -GENERATION
ANTICOAGULANT RODENTICIDES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of second-1
generation anticoagulant rodenticides in the state except for certain 2
agricultural uses, medical waste generator locations and water supply 3
protection purposes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides.
