| 24 | 24 | contractor shall, for compensation, remove any snow or ice by using 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | sodium chloride unless such contractor (1) is registered with the 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and (2) has 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | received training regarding the proper use of sodium chloride for 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | purposes of snow and ice removal. 6 | |
