25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) impose an excise tax upon 1 | |

27 | 27 | assistance programs in the state and reducing the Combined Public 3 | |
28 | 28 | Benefits Charge on end use customer utility bills, and (2) require that 4 | |
29 | 29 | each public utility report the impact of such excise tax in the Combined 5 | |
30 | 30 | Public Benefits Charge section of any utility bill sent to an end use 6 | |
