| 24 | 24 | | That the general statutes be amended to (1) require the Connecticut 1 |

| 25 | 25 | | Siting Council to consider the plan of conservation and development 2 |

| 26 | 26 | | adopted by a municipality in which a commercial grid-scale solar 3 |

| 27 | 27 | | photovoltaic system is proposed for development prior to approving 4 |

| 28 | 28 | | any such development, (2) limit the land area in any municipality that 5 |

| 29 | 29 | | may be used for commercial grid-scale solar photovoltaic system 6 |

| 30 | 30 | | development to one-half of one per cent, (3) allow a local zoning 7 |

| 31 | 31 | | authority to adopt minimum setback requirements for any commercial 8 |

| 32 | 32 | | grid-scale solar photovoltaic system, (4) expand the jurisdiction of the 9 |
