AN ACT REQUIRING THE CREATION OF PUBLIC UTILITIES
DASHBOARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each public utility 1
company to create a public facing dashboard for the purpose of 2
increasing transparency and accountability in the provision of utility 3
services. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require each public utility company to create a public facing
dashboard for the purpose of increasing transparency and
accountability in the provision of utility services.
