AN ACT CONCERNING CABLE TELEVISION SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) allow cable television 1
subscribers to choose the programming included in their subscription, 2
and (2) require increased transparency concerning each component of 3
any consumer bill for cable television services. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To (1) allow cable television subscribers to choose the programming
included in their subscription, and (2) require increased transparency
concerning each component of any consumer bill for cable television
services.
