Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to (1) require the expansion of 1 the natural gas supply in the state, and (2) remove any cost associated 2 with any program that provides incentives for electric vehicles from the 3 Combined Public Benefits Charge. 4 Statement of Purpose: To (1) require the expansion of the natural gas supply in the state, and (2) remove any cost associated with any program that provides incentives for electric vehicles from the Combined Public Benefits Charge.
