AN ACT PROHIBITING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES
REGULATORY AUTHORITY FROM EMPLOYMENT WITH UTILITY
COMPANIES FOR A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN YEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any member of the 1
Public Utilities Regulatory Authority from employment with a utility 2
company for a period of fifteen years after the term of such member 3
ends. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any member of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority
from employment with a utility company for a period of fifteen years
after the term of such member ends.
