AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A SIDEWALK
AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT ON CONNECTICUT ROUTE 161
IN THE TOWN OF EAST LYME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Transportation for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town 5
of East Lyme for a sidewalk and infrastructure project on Connecticut 6
Route 161 in the town of East Lyme. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a sidewalk and infrastructure project on
Connecticut Route 161 in the town of East Lyme.
