8686 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REFUNDABLE CHILD TAX CREDIT

8888 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

9191 That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
9292 refundable child tax credit against the personal income tax for up to 2
9393 three children, in the amount of six hundred dollars per child, for tax 3
9494 filers with a federal adjusted gross income of one hundred thousand 4
9595 dollars or less for single filers or two hundred thousand dollars or less 5
9696 for married individuals filing jointly. 6
