1919 AN ACT PROPORTIONATELY ALLOCATING THE STATE'S
2020 ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES FOR PRESIDENT AND VICE
2121 PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2323 Assembly convened:

2525 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to divvy up the state's 1
2626 Presidential electors among multiple candidates based on their 2
2727 respective percentages of the state-wide vote received, instead of 3
2828 allocating all of the Presidential electors to the singular candidate who 4
2929 won the state-wide vote. 5
3030 Statement of Purpose:
3131 To proportionately allocate the state's electoral college votes based on
3232 the percentage of the state-wide vote received.
