1920 AN ACT REQUIRING THE ONLINE POSTING OF STATUTORILY
2021 REQUIRED STATE AGENCY REPORTS TO THE GENERAL

2223 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2324 Assembly convened:

2526 Section 1. Section 11-4a of the general statutes is repealed and the 1
2627 following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2025): 2
2728 Each commission, task force or committee appointed by the Governor 3
2829 or the General Assembly, or both, and required to report its findings and 4
2930 recommendations, and each state agency which submits a report to the 5
3031 General Assembly or any committee of the General Assembly, shall (1) 6
3132 submit its report electronically to the clerks of the Senate and the House 7
3233 of Representatives and the Office of Legislative Research, [and shall] (2) 8
3334 file one copy with the State Librarian, and (3) in the case of a state 9
3435 agency, post such report on the Internet web site of such state agency. 10
3536 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
