| 32 | 32 | Legislative Commission on Elections, and (2) provide that, in order to 2 | |
| 33 | 33 | be enacted, any legislation affecting elections shall (A) be submitted to 3 | |
| 34 | 34 | and approved by said commission prior to a vote by a chamber of the 4 | |
| 35 | 35 | General Assembly, or (B) receive an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the 5 | |
