2626 AN ACT CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN FELONY

2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

3131 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that certain 1
3232 felony violations of election laws shall carry a penalty of a minimum 2
3333 term of imprisonment of twelve months that may not be suspended or 3
