AN ACT ELIMINATING THE USE OF DROP BOXES FOR THE RETURN
OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-140b of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the use of drop boxes for the return of absentee ballots. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the use of drop boxes for the return of absentee ballots.
