| 34 | 34 | identification, which identification clearly displays such elector's name 4 | |
| 35 | 35 | and residential address; and (2) establish a program for waiving the fee 5 | |
| 36 | 36 | associated with obtaining, for voting purposes, a motor vehicle 6 | |
