AN ACT REQUIRING THE REPEAL OF AGENCY REGULATIONS
WHEN PROPOSING TO ADD NEW REGULATORY PROVISIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to require any 1
agency proposing to add a new provision to its regulations to also repeal 2
two existing provisions of its regulations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To simplify the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies by requiring
any agency proposing to add a new provision to its regulations to also
repeal two existing provisions of its regulations.
