AN ACT LIMITING TO FIVE DAYS THE PERIOD OF EARLY VOTING
PRIOR TO AN ELECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to limit the period of 1
early voting prior to an election to the Wednesday through Sunday 2
immediately preceding such election. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit to five days the period of early voting prior to an election, and
to specify such days.
