| 24 | 24 | That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any 1 | |
| 25 | 25 | party to a proceeding held before an agency from being charged or 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | otherwise held financially responsible for the cost of providing copies 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | of the transcript of such proceeding to such agency or to any third party 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | to whom the agency has lawfully delegated its adjudicatory authority. 5 | |
