AN ACT DESIGNATING LOCAL JOURNALISM APPRECIATION DAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-29a of the general statutes be amended to designate 1
the first Wednesday in May of each year as Local Journalism 2
Appreciation Day, to raise awareness of the value of local journalism. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To designate Local Journalism Appreciation Day to raise awareness of
the value of local journalism.
