2323 AN ACT ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL PENALTIES FOR PERSONS
2424 WHO UNLAWFULLY SELL OR DELIVER CERTAIN THC PRODUCTS

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2727 Assembly convened:

2929 That the general statutes be amended to provide that any licensee 1
3030 that, or agent or employee of a licensee who, sells or delivers any 2
3131 vaporizer or other product containing THC or synthetic THC, including, 3
3232 but not limited to, delta-8-THC, to an individual who is younger than 4
3333 twenty-one years of age shall be guilty of a felony and subject to the 5
3434 same penalties that apply to persons who unlawfully sell alcohol to 6
3535 minors. 7
3636 Statement of Purpose:
3737 To establish additional penalties for persons who unlawfully sell or
3838 deliver certain THC products to minors.
